Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email for a flat-rate return shipping fee.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the packing slip before sealing the box and applying the new label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
